Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed without delay.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
